Brother Outsider: The Life of Bayard Rustin (2003)

A feature length documentary about the life and work of civil rights, peace and human rights activist Bayard Rustin.  An ITVS project which was broadcast nationally on the PBS series POV and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2003. Screened at the Kennedy Center, at the United Nations, for members of the U.S. Congress, and as South African Constitutional Court Justice Edwin Cameron’s celebrity choice screening at “Out in Africa 2008.”
